Will the fairness doctrine help get rid of religous radio?

The fairness doctrine is intended to provide different points of view on controversial issues. Religion is inherently controversial and in the public interest. How often will I be allowed to preempt religious broadcasts and will I be able to make advertising dollars when I do?
