Advice on which RBs to start in week 7?

That's tough. I'd say Gore for one, he's gonna hopefully blow up the Texans D. I dont think Brown will do much against the Saints D and LT is just so unpredictable. But Jacons is getting less carries, so I'd say go with Gore and LT.
