RAM Problem at the boot-memory test error?

It sounds like a motherboard problem because if you have tried that memory on other motherboards and it worked fine, than it can't be defective. If you tryed other ram and it worked fine, then it might be that your motherboard is rejecting that type of speed, but it still sounds like your motherboard.
