Human Morals versus religious morals. Whats the difference?

I am not a deeply religious person but I am a very moral person. Morals helps distinguish right from wrong because even without religion there are somethings that you just don't do and are wrong even to the most nonreligious of groups. The difference is religious morals are based on what the bible or God tells you is right and wrong and personal morals is the sense of right and wrong you feel in your heart. IE: premarital . I don't think this will send me to hell and it doesn't break my own set of morals but to someone else who is more religious, the bible tells them it's wrong.
