HELP! I forgot How to eat this brown solid substance...any help would be thanked?

I am currently staring at this brown solid substance that says "snickers" on it....I think I have been suffering from amnesia ever since last night when those crazy aliens started attacking me...THe last think I remember is lying on the ground as I saw the spaceship disappear above me...I need energy so I can go on with life...I need to consume this brown solid substance...What is the proceedure?
