Who gave America and France the right to intervene in other states's affairs?

The Syrian army is moving on its own territories and getting rid of the armed radical "Islamic" gangs in some places in Syria. We do not receive orders from America, France, or Britain as regards our army's actions and measures in or outside our country.What did the American army do in Pakistan, Afghanistan, and other places? They regarded it a patriotic act to kill unarmed Bin Laden, and they blame our government for using the army to eradicate those armed radical gangs. Damn you and your blind policies America ,France, and Britain!
