Would you let your kids do this?

I didn't see the episode but I have a 4 year old daughter and I let her wear whatever she wants at home. However, when we go out, I'll help her pick out a matching outfit and I fix her hair because I like her to look cute. I'm a little obsessed with my daughter looking well kept. As for drawing on the walls, my daughter has done that but not with my permission. If I owned my own house, I would let my daughter have a chalkboard wall so she could draw on the wall anytime she wanted. I wouldn't mind learning to belly dance either.
