Im sick plee help me !!?

ok so i traveled outside of the usa and came back after three weeks and i have preeety bad diahrea and i know this sounds gross and stuff but dont blame me, its comming out without me doing anything like this morning i woke up and my pj;s were full a poopie :(, my mum calls it "motion" how do i get it to stop and my tummy hurts too help!
