Is the NFL Rigged? Even slightly?

Everybody's going to get the better side of the refs sooner or later. Although I do think that the calls made by the NFL referees are as unbiased as possible, they are humans and are bound to make mistakes. Most of us, as fans, just look at their calls from the comfort of our homes and ridicule such calls are horrible...Still, I think that a wrong call by a ref, especially against a person's favorite team is much more obvious, which is what brings most people to believe NFL calls are "rigged".
