Why does my sweat smell like vomit?

My sweat smells tart/sour like bile. I just started smelling that way within the past week. It isn't quite a vinegar smell, but more like puke. It is faint, but I can smell it, and my husband smelled it when I came out of the steamy bathroom one day--he actually thought I was in there vomiting. I'm not taking supplements right now. I did just recently finish my period. I'm not consuming anything in excess or eating anything new. What could it be.
