Is my one yr old self weaning? how can i encourage partial weaning?

yes very posible and good for you and her.... she is wanting more independance lots to do and she has to take time out of her day to nurce.... if she is doing it on her own go with the flow and stop asking her if she wants to nurce wait till she ask you or dont nurce as all and put the milk in her sippy if you still want her to have the nutrishion of the milk and if she needs the comfert at night of the then give it to her till you are ready to compleatly ween her off.....all babys are diffrent and do every thing at diffrent times.... my oldest son had a py and weened him self of it at 14 months now my middle son i had to force ween him of his py at 2... cold turkey and he still theves his baby sisters py when no one is looking.... so do it on your and her time....
