u put the model # that's just ur pros. why?? it a PC & if u can't do it r put in the hardware take it t best buy, & u didn't say anything about RAM need 2 GB, do the GC & RAM, & see if it works, putting them in is easy, go on you tube look for video on those two>:) Voila
