Bronchitis - antibiotics didn't help?

I went to the clinic Monday with a bad cough. Turned out to be bronchitis. The doctor prescribed antibiotics and said I would feel better in 48 hours. I do feel a little better, but still have a bad cough, wheezing, yellow colored phlegm, completely blocked nose, headached. My antibiotics are done today, should I go back to the clinic?
