Do I have the right to get my medical test results from the facility that took them?

I am wanting to pick up the written report for a CT scan taken almost two weeks ago. I didn't know I had to make an appointment to see the doctor for her to give me the results, so no one called me and I just want to get straight to the point. I am very unhappy with the doctor and her office staff, but I made the appointment for later this week out of desperation to get the results. By the way, the report has been ready since just before Thanksgiving.
